DESCRIPTION:Círculo OM \n\n\n\n“Sentarse en círculo\, donde todos los corazones y voces están a la misma altura y cantar la sílaba OM\, nos recuerda que somos uno\, sin jerarquías\, ni protagonistas… nos convertimos al unísono en una sola voz.” \n\n\n\nEsther López \n\n\n\nEste ritual inspirado en los círculos de sanación ancestral que utilizaban los Rishis\, antiguos sabios del Himalaya propulsores del yoga\, nos ayuda a purificar y recargar nuestra energía a todos los niveles. La técnica es muy sencilla\, nos sentamos en círculo cantando el mantra OM cada uno a su ritmo durante un tiempo prolongado\, entre todos formamos una cúpula de sonido envolvente\, después nos mantenemos en silencio para integrar y descansar la mente\, y por último cerramos con el canto de otros mantras que acompañan la técnica. Podemos hacerlo en postura de meditación o sentados en silla. \n\n\n\nCon esta herramienta entramos en estados profundos de meditación\, eleva nuestra vibración\, purifica la energía densa y estancada\, recarga energía a nivel celular\, calma la mente\, alivia la ansiedad y estimula la glándula pineal y pituitaria. \n\n\n\nEsta técnica se puede utilizar para limpiar energéticamente lugares\, ayudar a trascender a personas que han fallecido\, enviar energía para aliviar dolencias o enfermedad o dar un impulso a un nuevo proyecto. Es una bendición formar parte del círculo de sanación.

DESCRIPTION:Formación Círculo OM\n\n\n\nSi quieres aprender una técnica de armonización a través del sonido y ofrecerla a tus grupos de yoga\, meditación u otras dinámicas éste curso es para ti. \n\n\n\nÉste taller teórico y práctico de seis horas de duración\, está enfocado para personas que coordinen grupos o impartan clases de yoga\, meditación u otras terapias energéticas y quieran aprender una técnica muy sencilla de meditación a través del sonido\, muy útil para unificar la energía del grupo\, recargarnos de energía renovada y elevar nuestra vibración individual\, grupal y del espacio donde se desarrolla. \n\n\n\nEn el taller se explican los beneficios de cantar el mantra y su simbolismo. Aprendemos a cantarlo desde un lugar seguro\, para no lastimar la garganta y poder sacar mayor rendimiento a la práctica. Se dan las pautas de la técnica en sí y se desarrolla la primera sesión\, donde observar todo lo citado anteriormente. \n\n\n\nCantar OM en grupo es una técnica ancestral\, que aporta mucho bienestar. Hay diferentes formas de cantarlo\, en el taller nos centramos en una de ellas.
